Our final mile logistics team provides professional white glove, room of choice and threshold deliveries to your residential and commercial customers. We have one of the lowest damage claim rates in the industry and utilize our proprietary technology to provide visibility throughout the life of the shipment. This technology allows us to address delivery issues while our personnel are at the pick-up or delivery location.

White Glove delivery includes delivering to the room of choice, product unpacking, assembly, and debris removal.
Werner offers a door to door solution. Our service starts with picking up orders at your facility and ends with a successful Final Mile delivery at your client’s homes or businesses. Another option is to ship your orders to our Final Mile locations using your own transportation network and we will execute the consumer Final Mile delivery.
All deliveries include arranging a delivery appointment, call ahead notifications and text alerts, two uniformed delivery personnel, lift gate and residential service all in one easy rate structure.

A tracking link is sent to the consumer to provide visibility and shipment status is provided to the consumer. This visibility reduces inbound calls related to each delivery, reduces uncertainty, and improves the overall customer experience.

Once the goods are picked up from the residence, we provide options that include storage, arranging to return the order to the vendor or manufacturer, and disposal or donation.
